AgileEngine is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design and build AI agents that analyze ServiceNow Discovery logs, classify failures, and recommend corrective actions at enterprise scale. You will integrate LLM APIs and develop agentic workflows using Python, with CI/CD practices and modern observability.

The role requires 4+ years of Python development, API design experience, and hands-on work with Gen AI APIs, RAG and vector databases.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of advanced Python development.
• Experience with REST API design and building data-processing pipelines, integrations, and automation.
• Experience integrating Gen AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and RAG/vector databases.
• Infrastructure engineering knowledge with Linux/Windows, virtualization, cloud infra.
• Strong networking troubleshooting: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, firewalls.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build AI agents that analyze Discovery logs, results, errors, and failures at scale.
• Classify and correlate failures, troubleshoot, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop agentic workflows to improve ServiceNow Discovery probes and patterns with testing and guardrails.
• Translate runbooks and procedures into reusable agentic workflows to reduce manual investigation.
• Assess health of the Discovery ecosystem including MID Servers and schedules.
• Collect and interpret metrics from Discovery, MID Servers, logs, and monitoring platforms.
