Decskill is actively seeking a ServiceNow Technical Analyst to join our IT consulting team. The role focuses on building and enhancing ServiceNow capabilities, driving automation, and coordinating release activities across offshore/nearshore/onsite teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong ITSM/ITOM experience, system integrations skills, and a solid understanding of Directory Services and ITIL processes. A proactive, autonomous mindset and excellent communication are essential.

Qualificações

• Strong experience with ServiceNow (ITSM / ITOM mandatory).
• Experience in system integrations (REST / SOAP APIs).
• Knowledge of Directory Services (Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP).
• Infrastructure / DevOps exposure: Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes (nice to have).
• Database knowledge (SQL).
• Understanding of ITIL framework.
• Good communication skills and ability to obtain results from other teams.
• Autonomous and problem solver.
• Autonomous and proactive mindset.
• Ability to work in a multi-team environment (offshore / nearshore / onsite).
• Structured and documentation-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and enhance ServiceNow platform functionalities (forms, workflows, portals).
• Drive automation initiatives for support, deployment, and monitoring activities.
• Coordinate releases ensuring quality, timelines, and proper testing.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades and implementation of new features.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather requirements.
• Design and implement integration solutions across systems.
• Produce documentation related to developments and automation scripts.
