AgileEngine is seeking a ServiceNow Discovery Engineer to join an enterprise-scale Discovery Engineering squad. You will design AI-driven agents that analyze Discovery logs, classify failures, and suggest corrections while ensuring CMDB/CSDM data quality.

You’ll work with MID Servers, Patterns/Probes, and CMDB relationships, building observable, scalable solutions for high-volume infrastructure discovery across schedules and targets.

Qualificações

• 4+ years hands-on ServiceNow Discovery experience including MID Servers, Patterns/Probes, and CMDB/CSDM data quality.
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM, CIs, identification/reconciliation, relationships, and data quality.
• Familiarity with observability technologies such as Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and Grafana.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build AI agents that analyze Discovery logs, execution results, errors, and failed discoveries at scale.
• Develop agents to classify failures, troubleshoot, identify root causes, and recommend corrections.
• Create capabilities to analyze and propose corrections to Discovery probes and patterns with testing guardrails and human approval.
• Convert runbooks and procedures into reusable agent workflows to reduce manual investigation and improve Discovery reliability.
• Assess the health of the ServiceNow Discovery ecosystem, MID Servers, schedules, throughput, latency, and coverage.
• Collect and interpret metrics and telemetry from Discovery, MID Servers, logs, and monitoring platforms.
