AgileEngine is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design and build AI agents that analyze ServiceNow Discovery logs, classify failures, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions at enterprise scale across millions of infrastructure targets.

You will develop agentic observability for MID Servers and Discovery schedules, integrate LLM APIs including OpenAI and Anthropic using RAG and vector databases, and convert operational runbooks into reusable agentic workflows with advanced

Qualificações

• Advanced Python development experience (4+ years) and REST API design experience.
• Experience with SDLC practices and CI/CD tooling (Git, Jenkins, artifact repositories).
• Experience integrating Gen AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and working with RAG/vector databases.
• Infrastructure engineering knowledge: Linux/Windows, virtualization/cloud infra, network troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, SSH, WMI/WinRM, SNMP, HTTP/S.
• Experience with high-volume logs/metrics to derive actionable improvements.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build AI agents that analyze Discovery logs, results, errors, and failures at scale.
• Develop agents to classify/correlate failures, troubleshoot, and suggest root causes and corrective actions.
• Create capabilities to analyze and propose corrections to ServiceNow Discovery probes/patterns with testing, guardrails, and approvals.
• Convert runbooks and troubleshooting procedures into reusable agentic workflows to reduce manual investigation.
• Assess health of the ServiceNow Discovery ecosystem (MID Servers, schedules, deliverables) and monitor throughput/latency/failures.
• Collect and interpret metrics/telemetry from Discovery, MID Servers, logs, and monitoring tooling.
