AgileEngine is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design and build AI agents that analyze ServiceNow Discovery logs, classify failures, perform root cause analysis, and propose corrective actions at enterprise scale. You will integrate LLM APIs like OpenAI and Anthropic using RAG and vector databases, turning operational runbooks into reusable agentic workflows with robust guardrails.

This role requires strong Python, CI/CD experience, and a solid understanding of infrastructure engineering,

Qualificações

• Advanced Python development experience of 4+ years.
• REST API design capabilities with experience building APIs and data-processing pipelines.
• Experience integrating Gen AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and understanding Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Practical knowledge of infrastructure engineering and networking for troubleshooting in production.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build AI agents that analyze ServiceNow Discovery logs at scale.
• Classify failures, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop agentic capabilities for ServiceNow Discovery probes, tests, and guardrails.
• Convert runbooks into reusable agentic workflows to reduce manual investigations.
• Assess health of the Discovery ecosystem, including MID Servers and schedules.
• Collect and interpret metrics/telemetry from Discovery and related data sources.
