PKF-VMB Belgium is seeking a qualified Business Analyst or Functional Architect with minimum 5 years of ServiceNow experience. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere.

The ideal candidate will have strong independent working skills and the ability to lead meetings, validate requirements, and design innovative solutions. Additional benefits include personalized talent management and a broad flexible benefits package.

What you need to join us:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow;
• Experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Architect, with the ability to lead meetings, validate requirements, and design solutions;
• Strong ability to work independently in distributed environments;
• Fully remote position – work from anywhere;
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, Specialist) are a plus;
• Experience with modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or integrations (REST/SOAP) is an advantage;
• English level C1 or higher
