Dellent is seeking a ServiceNow L3 Developer to join a hybrid project in Lisbon or Porto. You will work as a Technical Analyst and Release Coordinator, bringing 3-7 years of ServiceNow development experience to a multi-module environment.

The role emphasizes automation, integrations, and self-service solutions, with collaboration across offshore, onsite, IT and business teams. Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.

Qualificações

• We are seeking a ServiceNow L3 Developer/Technical Analyst with 3-7 years' experience in ServiceNow development and platform architecture within a multi-module environment.
• Experience with ITSM/ITOM, integrations, automation, and APIs; strong scripting and cloud/container exposure is preferred.

• Drive automation for application support, deployments, monitoring and alerting.
• Develop ServiceNow enhancements, integrations and self-service solutions.
• Support upgrades; coordinate releases.
• Create support tools, reports and documentation with offshore and onsite teams.

Description

We are seeking a ServiceNow L3 Developer / Technical Analyst / Release Coordinator with 3-7 years' experience in ServiceNow development and platform architecture within a multi-module environment.

Key Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM, system integrations and process automation, REST/SOAP APIs, Active Directory/Azure AD/LDAP, PowerShell, JavaScript, Ansible, Terraform, Python, XML, SQL and databases;
• Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS EKS/AKS and development tools/code repositories is desirable;
• ITIL knowledge and ServiceNow certification are preferred
• Fluent English required, French is a plus.
