LUZA Group in Lisboa, PT is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, configure and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM, ITOM and related modules. This full-time, on-site role offers growth opportunities within a collaborative team.

You will gather requirements, develop workflows, integrate external systems via APIs, and train users while adhering to best practices. A hybrid work model is available, reflecting flexible collaboration.

Qualificações

• Extensive ServiceNow implementation experience, ITSM, ITOM and related modules.
• Strong JavaScript and Jelly skills with platform tooling familiarity.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems via APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and analyze client requirements, map processes and identify improvements.
• Prepare functional and technical requirement documents.
• Design and configure customized ServiceNow solutions including workflows and forms.
• Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and platform standards.
• Coordinate implementations, including configuration, testing and data migration.
• Train end users on platform functionalities and best practices.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot incidents on the platform.
• Monitor performance and implement improvements as needed.

What you'll do:

• Gather and analyze client business requirements, mapping current processes and identifying opportunities for improvement

• Coordinate and execute solution implementations, including configuration, testing, and data migration

• Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting issues and incidents
• Monitor platform performance and implement improvements and adjustments as needed
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable and effective ServiceNow solutions
• Participate in the continuous enhancement of ServiceNow processes, workflows, and integrations

Who You Are:

• Solid experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM (mandatory), Workspaces (Service Operations Workspace, Asset Workspace, CMDB Workspace), ITOM, App Engine, and related modules
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development methodologies, best practices, and platform capabilities
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Jelly, as well as hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools such as Studio and Glide
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems through APIs and web services
• Good understanding of SQL and database concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification (mandatory)
• Fluent in English, and Portuguese
