Job summary

Claranet Limited is seeking a Service Desk Technician to join our Lisbon (Sintra) team. You will troubleshoot software/hardware in Desktop Management, manage user accounts in Active Directory, and provide remote problem resolution for clients in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, with Spanish as a valued additional language. On-site support at the Sintra HQ is expected, with on-call responsibilities after hours.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Portuguese and English required; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with Windows and MacOS troubleshooting and installation.
• Experience administering Active Directory and file share permissions.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and remote support techniques.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and monitor desktop management environments.
• Implement user account changes in Windows domain AD and email systems.
• Resolve microinformatics issues remotely.
• Diagnose network and system faults.
