Claranet is seeking a Deskside Support Technician to join our internal team in Porto. You will be responsible for installing, monitoring, and supporting software and hardware in Desktop Management environments, with a focus on hands-on client-site and remote assistance.

Ideal candidates will have experience with Windows and MacOS troubleshooting, Office 365 management, and Active Directory administration, plus CMDB asset management and knowledge of ITSM tools.

Qualificações

• Fluency in portuguese (mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Install, control and monitor software and hardware in Desktop Management environments.
• Implement requests for user account changes in Windows Active Directory and email management systems.
• Resolve issues primarily at client premises and remotely.
• Diagnose network and system/OS faults.
• Provide hands-on support to Claranet teams at customer facilities.
