Claranet Portugal in Lisbon is looking for a Service Desk Technician to join our internal team. You will troubleshoot and monitor software and hardware in our desktop management environment, and assist with user account changes in Windows Active Directory and email systems.

The role requires fluency in Portuguese and English, with Spanish valued; on-site support at Sintra HQ and on-call hours. You will work with ITSM tools and CMDB assets to resolve incidents efficiently.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Portuguese, English; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with Windows and MacOS troubleshooting.
• Experience with Office 365 management (users, mailboxes, licensing, policies).
• Active Directory: user and group management.
• Networking troubleshooting knowledge is valued.
• CMDB assets management experience.
• Remote access tools and ITSM tools knowledge.
• Onsite support at the customer HQ in Sintra and on-call availability.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot, control and monitor software and hardware in Desktop Management environments.
• Implement requests for user account changes in Windows domain Active Directory and email management systems.
• Diagnose problems occurring in the network and in systems or operating faults.
