Vector Synergy is seeking a capable project and service delivery professional to support the NCI Academy in Oeiras, Portugal. You will apply project management principles to daily operations, ensure accurate invoicing, and contribute to service lifecycle processes for ongoing activities.

The role requires proven PM experience, strong analytical skills for business intelligence, and expertise in pricing estimation and proposal development, with desirable exposure to NATO or international

Qualificações

• Proven experience of project management or service delivery management including resource management (people, budgets, time, etc )
• Proven analytical skills to produce meaningful business intelligence for decision makers
• Prior experience with pricing estimation and proposal development

Responsabilidades

• Supporting the day-to-day operation of NCI Academy business activities using appropriate project management principles, processes, and tools
• Generating quarterly reports and liaising with Agency Finance staff to ensure invoices are accurate and delivered on time to the appropriate recipients
• Contributing to service lifecycle processes in accordance with Agency policies and procedures

Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required

• Proven experience of project management or service delivery management including resource management (people, budgets, time, etc );
• Proven analytical skills to produce meaningful business intelligence for decision makers;
• Prior experience with pricing estimation and proposal development ;

Desirable

• Practical experience in working for other NATO agencies or organizations;
• Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements;
• Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization, including ACO and ACT.
