Job summary

Vector Synergy is seeking a professional to support the NCI Academy's daily operations using structured project management practices. You will generate quarterly reports and coordinate with Agency Finance to ensure timely, accurate invoicing for recipients.

The role also involves contributing to lifecycle processes in line with Agency policies. Ideal candidates bring proven project management experience, strong analytical capabilities for business intelligence, and background in pricing

• Proven experience in project management or service delivery management.
• Proven analytical skills to produce meaningful business intelligence for decision makers.
• Prior experience with pricing estimation and proposal development.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required

• Proven experience of project management or service delivery management including resource management (people, budgets, time, etc );
• Proven analytical skills to produce meaningful business intelligence for decision makers;
• Prior experience with pricing estimation and proposal development ;

Desirable

• Practical experience in working for other NATO agencies or organizations;
• Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements;
• Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization, including ACO and ACT.
