Job summary

WLG is seeking an experienced professional to support NATO-related mission-critical operations from its on-site location in Oeiras, Portugal. • Strong financial and invoicing acumen — quarterly reporting, price proposals, OLAs.
• Hands-on ServiceNow (SNOW) experience and comfort with EBA / procurement workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder management and a diplomatic, customer-focused approach.
• Active security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operation of NCI Academy business activities using sound project-management principles, processes and tools.
• Generate quarterly reporting and liaise with Agency Finance to ensure quarterly invoices are accurate and delivered on time.
• Act as a customer focal point, dealing diplomatically with problem-management and business-related issues.
• Prepare and support Price Proposals (PP), Operational Level Agreements (OLA) and Service Support Training (SST) agreements.
• Process daily EBA activities — Purchase Requisitions (PRs), OLA PRs and travel requests — and maintain resource-allocation plans.
• Support product cost analysis, CAPEX/OPEX estimation and pricing, and new Business-Model development.
• Manage daily ServiceNow (SNOW) activities: service-task structures, resource-plan requests and timecard processing.
