Job summary

WLG in Oeiras, Portugal, is seeking an experienced IT project manager to support the NCI Academy's day-to-day operations on-site. You will apply solid project-management practices, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely financial reporting and invoicing.

Responsibilities include generating quarterly reports, drafting price proposals and OLAs, handling EBA and procurement workflows, and managing SNOW activities such as service-task structures, resource plans and timecards.

Qualifications

• Proven service-delivery / project-management experience in an IT or business-operations environment.
• Strong financial and invoicing acumen - quarterly reporting, price proposals, OLAs
• Hands-on ServiceNow (SNOW) experience and comfort with EBA / procurement workflows
• Excellent stakeholder management and a diplomatic, customer-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operation of NCI Academy business activities using sound project-management principles, processes and tools
• Generate quarterly reporting and liaise with Agency Finance to ensure quarterly invoices are accurate and delivered on time
• Act as a customer focal point, dealing diplomatically with problem-management and business-related issues
• Prepare and support Price Proposals (PP), Operational Level Agreements (OLA) and Service Support Training (SST) agreements
• Process daily EBA activities - Purchase Requisitions (PRs), OLA PRs and travel requests - and maintain resource-allocation plans
• Support product cost analysis, CAPEX/OPEX estimation and pricing, and new Business-Model development
• Manage daily ServiceNow (SNOW) activities: service-task structures, resource-plan requests and timecard processing
