Vector Synergy is seeking a capable project manager to support the day-to-day operation of NCI Academy business activities in Oeiras, Portugal, applying standard project management principles and tools.

You will contribute to quarterly reports, liaise with Agency Finance on invoices, and support service lifecycle processes in line with agency policies, collaborating with NATO stakeholders and international teams.

Qualificações

• Proven experience of project management or service delivery management including resource management (people, budgets, time)
• Proven analytical skills to produce meaningful business intelligence for decision makers
• Prior experience with pricing estimation and proposal development

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day operation of NCI Academy business activities using project management principles, processes, and tools
• Generate quarterly reports and liaise with Agency Finance to ensure invoices are accurate and delivered on time
• Contribute to service lifecycle processes in accordance with Agency policies and procedures

• Proven experience of project management or service delivery management including resource management (people, budgets, time, etc );
• Proven analytical skills to produce meaningful business intelligence for decision makers;
• Prior experience with pricing estimation and proposal development ;

Desirable

• Practical experience in working for other NATO agencies or organizations;
• Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements;
• Knowledgeof NATO responsibilities and organization, including ACO and ACT.

Duties/role

• Supporting the day-to-day operation of NCI Academy business activities using appropriate project management principles, processes, and tools ;
• Generating quarterly reports and liaising with Agency Finance staff to ensure invoices are accurate and delivered on time to the appropriate recipients ;
• Contributing toservice lifecycle processes in accordance with Agency policies and procedures.
