Job summary

Vector Synergy seeks a Quality Assurance professional to support the NCI Academy with on-demand capacity augmentation. The role focuses on standardizing QA processes, monitoring course delivery, and providing constructive feedback to instructors in Oeiras, Portugal.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years coaching instructors, 3+ years in course design, and a trainer certification. NATO Secret security clearance is required or expected for the assignment.

Qualifications

• Experience giving feedback and coaching instructors (Minimum 2 years).
• Experience in course design and curriculum development including instructional analysis and documentation of performance standards (Minimum 3 years).
• Certification as a trainer of instructors and/or professional teacher training.

Skills, knowledge, experience required:
