KLx in Lisbon, the Portuguese subsidiary of Crédit Agricole S.A., seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment and talent strategy. You will partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to attract top-tier talent and support business growth.

In this hybrid role, you will craft compelling job descriptions, manage sourcing and interviews, and contribute to employer branding efforts while ensuring smooth onboarding handover with HR.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology.
• Senior experience in Talent Acquisition in fast-paced environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Autonomous and able to manage multiple recruitment processes.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS).
• Fluent in French.

About Responsibilities

The main mission will be:

KLx is expanding and your will join the Sourcing & Staffing Team (4 members + 1 Head of Team), which defines recruitment strategy, manages internal and external hiring, coordinates with sourcing partners, monitors performance metrics, and supports resource mobility across ITO partnerships.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll lead the recruitment process from sourcing to candidate selection, working closely with hiring managers and internal teams to attract top talent and support business growth:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll lead the recruitment process from sourcing to candidate selection, working closely with hiring managers and internal teams to attract top talent and support business growth:

• Strategic Hiring Support: Align recruitment needs with company strategy and advise managers on talent planning;
• Job Design & Visibility: Co-create job descriptions and publish them across platforms (LinkedIn, website, etc.);
• Talent Sourcing & Selection: Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, and candidate evaluation in coordination with hiring managers;
• Employer Branding: Collaborate with the Communication team on recruitment campaigns and promote our employer brand;
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and engaging journey for candidates and maintain accurate data in our tools;
• HR Coordination: Support the closing phase with the HR department and ensure a seamless handover for onboarding;
• Recruitment Reporting: Track key metrics and present insights to Sourcing Committees and leadership.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology;
• Senior experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously;
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach;
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc…);
• Fluent in French.
