KLx is seeking a Program Director in the BU One Shot Projects to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of technology projects with a

Qualificações

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Strong experience in program / portfolio management within tech environments.
• Solid skills in governance, planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Good understanding of software delivery, DevOps, testing, and architecture basics.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage external partners.
• Experience in RFP responses, client engagement, and steering committees.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in banking or financial environments is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the contractual definition of objectives with client stakeholders.
• Maintain continuous technology watch to propose innovative approaches and ensure alignment with best‑in‑class project management practices.
• Plan projects over a multi‑year horizon.
• Set objectives related to cost, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Determine required human and technical resources.
• Prepare responses to RFPs and support pre‑sales activities.
• Define project governance and ensure alignment among all contributors.
• Lead project steering meetings and structure task planning.
• Monitor project progress and associated schedules.
• Produce and analyze PMO dashboards related to project execution and service activity.
• Deliver reporting for steering committees, business stakeholders, and executive management.
• Define staffing needs and oversee resource allocation.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure the quality and effectiveness of their deliverables.
• Recruit and evaluate project managers; contribute to the recruitment of technical roles.
• Manage project managers (hierarchically or functionally).
• Define training plans to strengthen technological and methodological capabilities.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management methodologies.

About Responsibilities

You will join the BU One Shot Projects of KLx, dedicated to the end‑to‑end delivery of technology projects for Crédit Agricole Group entities. Created in 2025, the BU provides a flexible, industrialized, and performance‑driven delivery model that helps business units accelerate digital initiatives, absorb workload peaks, and secure delivery.

The team manages high‑value projects across the full lifecycle, including:

• Build & Delivery supported by a structured methodology
• Test execution and DevOps implementation
• RUN support, including hypercare and reversibility

Its operating model relies on Time & Materials, dedicated governance, standardized and adaptable reporting, and independent resource selection to ensure objectivity and performance.

Your main responsibilities as Program Director will be:

• Contribute to the contractual definition of objectives with client stakeholders.

2. Definition of Resources and Objectives

3. Administrative Management and Budget Oversight
