Qualificações

• Strong background in software development across multiple technology stacks.
• Proven experience in modern software engineering practices, DevOps, CI/CD, testing strategies, and system design.
• Demonstrated ability to review code, challenge architectures, and guide engineers technically.
• Previous experience leading development teams and delivering projects in Agile environments.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a passion for developing engineers.
• Ability to combine technical expertise with strong people leadership.
• Fluent in French and English.

KLx is the Portuguese subsidiary of Crédit Agricole S.A., a large international banking group that provides IT Skills & Software Development services to the IT organizations within the group's business lines. Our mission is to assist with the IT transformation & activities of a worldwide bank capitalizing on all the skills from our international campus in Lisbon.

You will join the CIB (Corporate Investment Banking) unit of over 100 professionals in Portugal.

We’re looking for a IT Team Manager that will play a key role in driving engineering excellence, team performance, and innovation within KLx. This role combines technical leadership, delivery accountability, and people management to ensure high-quality software development aligned with business goals.

The IT Team Manager is responsible for:

• Providing technical leadership across development, architecture, and DevOps practices;
• Leading, coaching, and growing high-performing engineering teams;
• Ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of projects and solutions;
• Driving continuous improvement in engineering practices, tools, and processes;
• Promoting the adoption of AI-assisted development and innovation;
• Managing technical risks and acting as escalation point for complex issues;
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring clear reporting on performance.

About you
