A KLx, subsidiária do Crédit Agricole S.A., procura um Senior Project Manager para Compliance Consulting & Transformation. Irá gerir projetos de desenvolvimento na fase de pré-vendas e apoiar a integração de novos clientes, reportando ao Head of Business Development and Integration.

Responsabilidades incluem conduzir workshops, garantir processos de reporting, evoluir a oferta de serviços e assegurar a aplicação da metodologia KLx, num ambiente híbrido com equipa internacional.

Qualificações

• Licenciatura em Gestão, Economia, Finanças ou Engenharia.
• 5 anos de experiência relevante em Gestão de Projetos, preferencialmente no setor bancário.
• Fortes capacidades de liderança e negociação em contextos de projeto.
• Autônomo, organizado e meticuloso.
• Curioso e com excelentes capacidades de comunicação.
• Fluente em Francês e Inglês – obrigatório.

Responsabilidades

• Fornecer relatórios abrangentes à Gestão de Desenvolvimento e Integração.
• Contribuir ativamente para a execução dos projetos do roadmap KLx.
• Assegurar conformidade com os processos de reporting internos.
• Dominar e implementar a metodologia KLx.
• Jogar um papel-chave na criação e melhoria de ofertas de serviço.
• Articular claramente a metodologia KLx a clientes e assegurar o seu compromisso.
• Conduzir workshops para recolha de informações e insights.
• Supervisionar e gerir estágios chave do processo de integração.
• Desenvolver e apresentar materiais de governança e reporting aos stakeholders.

About Responsibilities

The Business Development & Integration Management Team at KLx oversees the integration of Crédit Agricole Group partners and drives continuous improvement through the development of innovative service offerings.

Reporting to the Head of Business Development and Integration, you will manage development projects in the pre-sales phase and support new clients during their onboarding.

Your main mission will be:

• Provide comprehensive reports to the Development and Integration Management.
• Actively contribute to the execution of KLx roadmap projects.
• Ensure adherence to internal reporting processes.
• Master and implement the KLx methodology.
• Play a key role in the creation and enhancement of service offerings.
• Clearly articulate the KLx methodology to clients and ensure their commitment.
• Lead workshops to gather critical information and insights.
• Oversee and manage key stages of the integration process.
• Develop and present governance and reporting materials to stakeholders.

Who You Are

• Degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance or Engineering.
• 5 years of relevant experience in Project Management, preferably in Banking Sector.
• Familiar with delivery models (Nice to have).
• Strong Leadership and Negotiation skills within project contexts.
• Autonomous, Organized and Meticulous
• Curious and excellent Communication skills
• Fluent in French and English– Mandatory
