KLx is the Portuguese subsidiary of Crédit Agricole S.A., seeking a Business Analyst to join an international banking environment in Lisbon. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into clear specifications and delivering in Agile sprints.

The role offers a hybrid work model, a collaborative, multicultural team, and opportunities to influence data, processes, and applications across the bank.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Fluent in French (C1) and comfortable working in English (B2/C1).
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, functional analysis and solution design.
• Proven experience writing functional specifications, user stories, story mapping and technical documentation.
• Experience with test preparation, execution and validation activities.
• Good knowledge of SQL queries and database models.
• Good understanding of application and technical architectures.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Responsabilidades

• Business Analysis & Requirements Management: gather, analyse and challenge business requirements; translate needs into functional specs, user stories and acceptance criteria; facilitate workshops; produce and maintain documentation.

About Responsibilities

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the analysis, design, documentation, and delivery of business solutions within an international banking environment.

You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are accurately translated into functional specifications and successfully delivered through Agile methodologies.

Your main missions will be:

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Gather, analyse and challenge business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with business stakeholders to identify priorities and define solutions.
• Produce and maintain functional and technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Solution Design & Functional Support

• Participate in the design of functional solutions aligned with business needs and technical constraints.
• Perform impact analysis and support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure requirements are correctly understood and implemented.
• Contribute to solution parametrization and configuration activities when required.

Stakeholder Management & Agile Delivery

• Act as the key point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Communicate project status, risks and dependencies effectively.
• Promote continuous improvement and best practices within the team.

About You
