The role emphasizes analysis, troubleshooting, and customer interaction during deployments.

You will collaborate with technical specialists and development teams (code reading only) and participate in testing cycles, deployments, and patching activities.

Qualificações

• Experience in banking, financial services, or banking applications.
• Excellent communication and ability to work directly with customers.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; quick understanding of workflows.
• Basic ability to review code paths (no development responsibility).
• Background in support, testing, or application analysis is welcome.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
