Caixa Mágica Software is seeking an Application Support professional in Porto, Portugal. The role focuses on handling customer issues, collaborating with a team, and applying data-driven relationship techniques.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in technical support, solid data domain knowledge, and Agile experience, with fluency in French and English. Travel within Portugal and abroad is required. A permanent contract and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years as technical support advisor.
• Good knowledge of Data business is mandatory.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Banking/insurance sector experience is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Willingness to travel within Portugal and abroad.
