As an Application Support Analyst, you will be expected to provide timely resolution of functional issues in a complex financial environment, with various applications and architecture.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Manage production incidents and user requests
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to support the day-to-day activities
• Perform continuous monitoring of systems stability
• Provide relevant, high quality and timely communication to the customer
• Finally, get prepared to learn the best Application Support practices and gain financial expertise with experienced professionals.

What We're Looking For?

• Bachelors/Master in computer science, engineering, or equivalent job experience
• Proficiency in English
• Knowledge of SQL (SQL Server and Oracle), Unix/Linux systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
