Job summary

Cloudflare in Lisbon is seeking an experienced technical consultant to partner with Services Sales and Delivery teams. You will define differentiated GTM services, showcase Cloudflare capabilities, and translate customer needs into value-based proposals and statements of work.

Strong cross-functional collaboration and multi-region experience are essential. The role requires 5+ years in IT/cybersecurity consulting or pre-sales, with solid presentation skills and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

5+ years of proven experience in technical consulting, pre‑sales, or service delivery within an IT or Cybersecurity services organization.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
Experience in discovery/scope definition workshops with cross-functional internal and customer resources to prepare current state/future state roadmaps and services proposals.
Experience working across multiple regions.
Experience with SFDC or similar CRM tools.
Bonus: Cybersecurity experience; Cloudflare Platform knowledge would be an asset.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Services Sales to clearly define Cloudflare's differentiated GTM services.
Showcase delivery capabilities, IP, and expertise through compelling success stories.
Gather, understand and define customer requirements for value-based outcomes in workshop-based scenarios.
Collaborate with Services Sales, Delivery and Global Practices to craft solution proposals and Statements of Work.
Collaborate with Services Sales to drive business growth for Cloudflare Services in your aligned territory.
