Cloudflare is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer in Lisbon, Portugal, to serve as a senior technical expert and trusted advisor for our strategic customers. The role blends deep technical work with onsite engagements, architecting solutions, optimizing performance, and guiding customers to maximize Cloudflare's platform value.

You will collaborate across Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering to advocate for customer needs and influence the product roadmap.

Qualificações

Experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Solutions Architect or Technical Account Manager.
Extensive knowledge of Cloudflare's Application and Security portfolio (DNS, WAF, DDoS, Bot Management, CDN).
Hands-on experience securing web applications, APIs, and services.

Responsabilidades

Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, providing strategic recommendations and technical insights to drive success with Cloudflare's solutions, specifically Workers and Workers AI platforms.
Lead architectural discussions, design sessions, and solution reviews for optimal use of Cloudflare offerings.
Diagnose complex issues and deliver effective, strategic solutions with support and product teams.
Manage configurations using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) for operational stability.
