Cloudflare is seeking a Customer Experience Manager for the Lisbon, Portugal area. You will lead the post-sale journey from onboarding to renewal, acting as a trusted advisor and commercial owner, building strategic relationships to articulate ROI and maximize renewals and upsells.

You will partner with Sales to maintain forecasts and drive AI-enabled optimization in daily workflows to improve customer outcomes and operational efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Customer Lifecycle & Success: Manage customer engagement across the entire lifecycle, from onboarding through renewal.
• Be a Trusted Advisor to customers by helping them adopt Cloudflare products and meet their needs.
• Collaborate with account teams to plan and execute long-term Success Plans for large customers.
• Present to customers about features and functionality relevant to their business needs.
• Own or participate in multiple touchpoints including Business Value Justification meetings and Renewals.
• Demonstrate how engagement impacts revenue growth and product adoption.
