Inetum Portugal is seeking a senior CMDB specialist to own the quality, reliability, and evolution of the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on automation and continuous improvement.

You will manage the CMDB, optimize configurations, deploy updates, build reports, and train users while collaborating with global teams.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of experience with ServiceNow (senior/expert level).
• Strong knowledge of CMDB (configuration and administration).
• Hands-on development and deployment in ServiceNow.
• Good knowledge of APIs (REST / SOAP).
• Experience in ITSM is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

As a CMDB specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and evolution of the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on automation and continuous improvement.

• Manage and improve the CMDB (Configuration Management Database)


• Monitor and ensure the performance and health of the ServiceNow instance


• Review and optimize configurations (CIs, attributes, workflows, groups)


• Prepare the CMDB to support efficient ITSM processes

• Resolve technical incidents and provide daily support


• Produce technical documentation and train users

What We’re Looking For:
