PrimeIT is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Administrator in Lisbon, offering a hybrid work setup. The role focuses on CMDB administration, instance management, and ITSM process optimization. You will collaborate with ITSM Process Owners, developers, analysts, and CMDB users to drive enhancements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience and ITIL certifications are a plus. The position offers a base salary with meal allowance and flex benefits.

Qualificações

• Experience in ServiceNow CMDB administration and health management.
• ServiceNow instance administration including upgrades, access management, performance checks and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of documentation, reports, notifications, data imports, process improvement and automation.
• Ability to work closely with ITSM Process Owners, ServiceNow Administrators, Developers, Business Analysts and CMDB users.
• ServiceNow and ITIL certifications are a plus.

We are looking for a ServiceNow Administrator with:

• Experience in ServiceNow CMDB administration, CMDB health management, configuration review and optimization, with knowledge of ITSM processes.
• Experience in ServiceNow instance administration, including upgrades, access management, performance checks and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of documentation, reports, notifications, data imports, process improvement and automation.
