Job summary

Scrambly is seeking a Mid-Senior Recruiter to own dedicated hiring streams end-to-end. You’ll partner with hiring managers across Europe, define search strategies, and drive the full recruiting lifecycle from requisition to offer.

You’ll be hands-on with proactive sourcing, manage stakeholder expectations, and use data to optimize funnels, speed, and quality of hires in a fast-growing adtech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in international recruitment working end-to-end.
• At least 1 year in-house at a fast-growing company.
• Experience across multiple functions with technical and business hiring.
• Strong active sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Hands-on with enterprise-grade ATS.
• Experience managing hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Proven negotiation and closing skills.
• Data-driven approach to funnel metrics.
• High energy with ownership mindset.
• Fluent English (C1+).

Responsibilities

• Own every requisition from open to offer - pick up roles from hiring managers, research the position and its market, and prepare for kick-off.
• Run sharp kick-off calls - get everything you need from the hiring manager, align on the profile, and agree on the interview process.
• Design the search strategy - inbound, active sourcing, or both.
• Source actively - headhunting is a core part of this role; build pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Set up the funnel - publish job postings and build automated application flows in our ATS.
• Screen and move candidates through the process - run screening calls, keep momentum, and collect structured feedback at every stage.
• Manage your hiring managers - keep them aligned, accountable, and informed across all their open roles.
• Close - negotiate offers and terms, and get the best candidates over the line.
• Live in the data - analyse pipelines and pass rates, find the bottlenecks, and fix them.
