Job summary

Reach IT is seeking an IT Recruiter to join our nearshore talent team, partnering with international clients and senior engineers across Europe. You will source, interview and present top software, cloud and cybersecurity profiles, building pipelines from LinkedIn, Boolean searches and market mapping, while delivering a high-quality candidate and client experience.

This role requires understanding technical stacks, coordinating multiple international searches, and presenting competitive offers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruiting technical IT profiles
• Knowledge of Software Engineering, Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data recruitment
• Sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray Search, Boolean searches and AI
• Experience interviewing Mid/Senior/Lead Engineers
• Ability to understand technical stacks and engineering environments
• Written and spoken English
• Organized with multiple international recruitment processes

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain talent pipelines across Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cybersecurity, Networking, Data and AI
• Develop advanced sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray Search and market mapping techniques
• Partner with clients to understand complex technical requirements and define ideal candidate profile
• Engage passive candidates across European markets via personalized outreach
• Contribute to improved recruitment methodologies and interview frameworks
• Represent Reach IT as a trusted technology recruitment partner with great candidate/client experience
