Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Recruiter to attract top talent for its Tech teams across Lisbon and London. The role emphasizes strategic partnership with hiring managers, full-cycle recruiting, and proactive sourcing to build diverse, high-quality pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience in tech/SaaS
• Direct experience hiring for Tech roles, cybersecurity sales preferred
• Proven sourcing and candidate engagement using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Diversity and inclusion initiatives within recruiting
• Strong influencing, proactive problem-solver mindset
• Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies and market insights.
• Own end-to-end recruitment processes from hiring plans to sourcing, interviewing and closing.
• Champion diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment life cycle.
• Engage in creative sourcing, emphasizing direct outreach on LinkedIn and similar platforms for cybersecurity and network security sales roles.
• Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline and ensure data integrity in the ATS (Greenhouse).
• Collaborate with the wider recruiting team on initiatives to improve talent acquisition.
