Caixa Mágica Software is seeking a Production Support specialist to manage and support critical business applications in a production environment, focusing on stability, availability and performance. You will collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to drive long-term solutions.

You will monitor applications, participate in incident management, deploy changes, and ensure 24/7 availability. The role emphasizes observability, automation, and strong communication with Scrum teams,

Qualificações

• Experience in production application stability and incident management.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, OpenShift and Java EAP environments.
• Strong observability skills using Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus and ELK.
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, ArgoCD, Jenkins).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure application stability, availability and performance.
• Monitor and maintain applications to high availability.
• Participate in incident management and RCA activities.
• Execute change requests and deployments following ITIL/DevOps.
• Identify and resolve technical issues to keep operations running.
• Participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 coverage.
• Serve as point of contact for development teams, coordinate fixes.
• Collaborate with Scrum teams to design and deploy enhancements.
• Implement upgrades and patches with minimal user impact.
• Maintain and update technical docs; share best practices.
