Caixa Mágica Software is seeking an Application Production Support team member in Lisbon to manage and support critical business applications in production. You will ensure stability, availability and performance, resolve incidents in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to long-term solutions.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and maintain applications to ensure high availability and performance.
• Participate in incident management and RCA for P1/P2 incidents.
• Execute change requests and deployments following ITIL & DevOps processes.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical applications.
• Coordinate with development teams to troubleshoot and apply fixes.
• Work with Scrum teams to design, deploy, and enhance systems.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and runbooks.
• Promote observability and implement monitoring improvements.
• Complete mandatory training for IT Production area and company.
• Carry out additional activities to support objectives.
