Caixa Mágica Software is seeking a skilled Application Support Engineer to join the WM APS team. You will handle Incidents, service requests, and L1/L2 support in shifts and on-call rotations within a banking environment, focusing on core operations and automation using Ansible, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.

You will contribute to monitoring, incident analysis, and knowledge transfer, improving service quality and DR/live play readiness, while collaborating with global APS colleagues.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of Linux, CLI, and shell scripting.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Bash.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Travis, Concourse).
• Infrastructure automation with Ansible and Terraform.
• Public cloud experience (IBM Cloud / AWS / Azure) and containerization (K8s, Docker).
• ITIL practices and strong English communication.
• Master’s degree in CS or CE and 5+ years IT ops/engineering.
• Hands-on with IBM/AWS/Azure/Google cloud and Ansible/Docker.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Application Production support for WM IT Data platform applications and tools.
• Analyze system, middleware, and application logs to identify issues.
• Monitor service quality and drive improvements in availability.
• Build and maintain Ansible playbooks and Terraform scripts for provisioning and deployments.
• Assist and train others on Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Work in 24/7 production support with shifts/on-call/holidays.
• Participate in bank DR/Live play activities and knowledge transfer.
