Qualificações

• Experience with RedHat Linux and IT infrastructure.
• Hands-on with Dynatrace and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/IBM Cloud).
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and middleware services.
• Knowledge of databases and ETL tools (IBM DataStage).
• Experience in Continuous Delivery and deployment automation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide production IT support and understand business workflows.
• Manage incidents, crisis calls, and ticketing updates within SLAs.
• Monitor application status and infrastructure resources.
• Collaborate across teams and escalate as needed.
• Write scripts to automate routine tasks and improve processes.
• Participate in post-release checks and root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to non-functional requirements and production readiness.
