Caixa Mágica Software is seeking an IT Ops professional to support the Agile/DevOps approach. You will guarantee production stability, integrate infrastructure requirements into the backlog, and drive monitoring and automation to improve service levels.

You will collaborate with teams to ensure deployments are fast, secure and scalable, with a focus on operation excellence and continuous improvement across production environments.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure and production operations.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps processes and monitoring stacks.
• Proficient with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and related tooling.
• Excellent English communication skills; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define technical solutions and integrate production requirements into backlog.
• Ensure monitoring, incident management and service supervision for production environments.
• Collaborate with development teams to speed up delivery and automate processes.
• Lead deployment and configuration of production environments.
• Promote best practices in security, resiliency and performance.
