Caixa Mágica Software in Portugal seeks an Application Production Support specialist to provide level 2 technical support, ensure smooth batch execution, and maintain high availability of applications. You will resolve incidents, monitor performance, and coordinate with infrastructure teams across the stack.

The role emphasizes proactive monitoring, timely incident communication, and collaboration to deliver production changes while supporting project deliveries in a dynamic team environment.

Qualificações

• Oracle Server Windows / IIS administration and Linux/Unix administration.
• Java application servers like IBM WebSphere or Apache Tomcat.
• Java/.NET applications.
• Scripting languages such as Python, Groovy, Bash, PowerShell.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with Level3, Infra or ADM Teams for quicker resolution of issues/incidents while ensuring timely communications to end users.
• Pro-actively monitor, manage and improve availability and performance of production environments from presentation and application layers to middleware and databases.
• Monitor recurrent incidents and perform problem management to ensure permanent fixes with IT partners.
• Ensure timely delivery of changes in staging and production ecosystems as per the schedule.
• Adopt standard tools and industrialize monitoring and release management to reduce manual interventions.
