Blu Selection is seeking an experienced Deputy Operations Manager in Lisbon to lead concierge teams, drive operational excellence, and support cross-site transformation with Paris. You will mentor managers, optimize processes, and uphold service standards in a premium, international setting.

The role emphasizes people development, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with senior leaders to shape a high-performing Operations organization. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading operations and managing managers.
• Background in contact center, hospitality, BPO, or service-driven environments preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to use performance data to drive improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and support concierge managers and their teams in Lisbon.
• Own operational performance, ensuring quality, productivity, and service standards are met.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize processes and ways of working.
• Ensure consistent application of processes across teams; support recruitment and HR activities.
• Collaborate with other Deputy Operations Managers on cross-site projects and best practices.
• Contribute to transformation and harmonization of Operations across Lisbon and Paris.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective operations.
