Blu Selection – Recruitment Agency is assisting a premium international client in Lisbon to hire a Deputy Operations Manager. You will lead concierge managers, drive operational performance, and harmonize processes across Lisbon and Paris.

You will work with a team of deputy operations managers, develop people, monitor KPIs, and implement data-driven improvements. Native French and fluent English are required; you will collaborate with cross-site leaders to deliver service excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and support concierge managers and their teams in Lisbon.
• Take ownership of operational performance, ensuring quality, productivity, and service standards are consistently met.
• Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and help optimize processes and ways of working.
• Ensure operational processes and practices are consistently applied across teams.
• Support managers with people development, coaching, performance management, and team engagement.
• Contribute to workforce planning, scheduling, and workload distribution.
• Identify operational challenges and implement practical, data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate closely with other Deputy Operations Managers on cross-site projects and best practices.
• Contribute to the transformation and harmonization of Operations across Lisbon and Paris.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective operations.
• Support recruitment and HR-related processes where needed.

Your Responsibilities

As Deputy Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence within the Lisbon operation. You will lead and support the Concierge Managers, drive performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement and harmonization of operations across Lisbon and Paris.

You will work closely with a team of deputy operations managers, each with their own areas of responsibility, contributing collectively to the transformation and development of the wider Operations organization.

Your Profile

• Native French and fluent English
• Proven experience in operations and people management, ideally within a contact center, concierge, hospitality, BPO, or other service-driven environment
• Experience managing managers or team leaders is highly valued
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of coaching and developing teams
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to use performance data to identify challenges and drive improvements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively with other senior operational leaders
• Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Comfortable working with digital tools and operational systems
