BlueView Talent is seeking a Back Office Specialist to support daily operations and process requests with accuracy and efficiency. You will manage information, update records, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure processes meet company procedures and quality standards.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, timely processing, and collaboration with departments to resolve issues while maintaining high operational productivity. Onsite work in Portugal is expected.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French at C1/C2 level.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card (eligibility).
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Process and manage administrative requests, documents, forms, and other tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Review, verify, and update customer, account, order, or business information in internal systems.
• Ensure data and documentation are accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
