Blu Selection is seeking a Luxury Travel Consultant in Lisbon to be the trusted contact for German-speaking VIP members, coordinating premium travel and lifestyle experiences. You will handle flights, hotels, reservations, and exclusive recommendations while delivering highly personalized service.

This in-house role offers a stable international environment, comprehensive onboarding, and opportunities to grow into senior specialist or leadership roles, with a hybrid work model after onboarding

Qualificações

• Native or fluent German (C1/C2).
• Good English skills (B2 or higher).
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, travel, tourism, airlines, luxury retail or similar roles.
• Passion for travel, hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Availability to work in a rotating 24/7 shift schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting VIP clients via phone, email and chat in German and English.
• Organising flights, hotels, restaurant reservations and private transportation.
• Recommending exclusive restaurants, events, shopping destinations and cultural experiences.
• Coordinating tailor-made travel itineraries and lifestyle requests.
• Managing urgent requests with professionalism, efficiency and discretion.
• Working closely with international teams to deliver first-class customer experiences.
• Building long-term relationships by providing highly personalized service.
