Blu Selection is seeking a Customer Advisor to work in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will provide customer support and find solutions for inquiries through various channels. Must be fluent in French and English, with a passion for customer service.

This role includes a fixed-term contract, rotating shifts, and a gross monthly salary of 1040€ with accommodation or 1240€ without. Additionally, candidates will receive a relocation package, comprehensive training, and various employee benefits.

Qualificações

• Native level of French and a great level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide answers and solutions to customer inquiries via phone, e-mails, and social media.
• Remain calm and clear when addressing customer concerns.
• Lead customers to appropriate services when necessary.
