Sixt Research Development Services, Lda. in Lisbon seeks a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to optimize SEA bidding with AI-driven, data‑driven strategies. You’ll partner with Data Science to embed algorithmic models, design experiments, and automate data workflows that scale performance marketing.

The role blends bidding strategy, experimentation, and AI tooling, with a focus on actionable insights and cross‑functional collaboration across SEA, Pricing, and Platform Engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience in analytics, data science, or quantitative marketing in tech/e‑commerce/mobility.
• Proficient in SQL and BI tools; Python for data manipulation and automation.
• Solid understanding of digital auction mechanics and value-based bidding.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance data to model elasticity curves and optimal bidding thresholds with data science support.
• Design and run experiments on bidding strategies and pricing interactions via Google Ads API and automate allocation.
• Use SQL and BI tools to surface inefficiencies and opportunities; monitor competition.
• Build Python pipelines using Google Ads API and SA360 to automate data ingestion and bid adjustments.
• Develop dashboards showing spend efficiency and market elasticity for self-serve insights.
• Bridge SEA, Data Science, Pricing and Platform Engineering with data-backed decisions and mentoring.
