Job summary

SIXT is seeking a (Senior) CRM Manager in Lisbon to lead end-to-end CRM strategy, segmentation, and commercial outcomes. You will help build the AI-powered agent network that runs CRM across teams in Lisbon and Munich, ensuring data-driven decisions and scalable automation.

You will own customer lifecycle strategies, analyze behavior for optimal outreach, and collaborate with Tech, Analytics, and Product to enrich CRM data and signals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing strategy with measurable outcomes.
• Strong grasp of retention metrics and ability to tie to business impact.
• Curiosity about data origins and audience logic to build autonomous systems.
• Experience using AI coding/automation tools to build practical solutions.
• Bias for action, MVP-first mindset, and willingness to iterate.

Responsibilities

• Own a customer lifecycle stage or CRM goal end-to-end with accountable commercial results.
• Analyze behavior to decide when/where to reach customers and what message, using data and AB testing.
• Contribute to building the AI agent network powering CRM operations.
• Identify manual processes to replace with AI agents, shifting effort to strategy.
• Collaborate with CRM, Analytics, Product to enrich data and ensure coherent customer journey.
