SIXT in Lisbon seeks a Senior Performance Marketing Manager for B2B across markets. You own strategy, budget and outcomes for paid channels, led by SEA with support from Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic tactics. You’ll build agentic, AI-enabled workflows and optimize lead-to-revenue processes.

You’ll lead data-driven decisions, forecast spend, and develop a scalable B2B journey from lead to retention, joining Team Orange in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Background: you have run performance marketing at real scale in a fast-moving business and owned budgets
• Search expertise: deep SEA/Google Ads with dashboards and KPIs to build agentic workflows
• AI fluency: AI is your default operating mode, you design and build workflows
• Analytical depth: comfortable with attribution, lift measurement, and turning data into decisions
• Speed: move ideas to live tests quickly and learn fast
• Ownership and independence: run from start to finish and know when to elevate

Responsabilidades

• Own strategy, budget and results for B2B paid marketing across markets, primarily SEA
• Identify right businesses, build segments, targeting and bidding logic
• Build and supervise AI workflows for bid management, audience building and lead quality feedback
• Analyze CRM, lead enrichment and campaign data to drive budget and targeting decisions
• Allocate spend across channels and measure ROAS, profitability and CLV
• Maintain reporting and alerting to steer marketing actions with AI-driven recommendations
