Job summary

SIXT in Lisbon is seeking a (Senior) CRM Manager to lead customer lifecycle strategies, own segment goals, and deliver measurable commercial results across a hybrid team in Lisbon and Munich. You will design segmentation, analyze behavior, validate with AB tests, and help build an AI-powered agent network to run CRM autonomously, reducing manual effort and increasing retention.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing strategy with measurable outcomes
• Strong grasp of retention metrics (churn, CLV, engagement) and impact
• Curiosity about how data and audience logic are constructed to improve automation
• Experience using AI/tools to build automated, autonomous CRM solutions
• Ability to ship MVPs quickly, test, measure and iterate

Responsibilities

• Own a customer lifecycle stage or strategic CRM goal end-to-end and be accountable for its results
• Analyze customer behavior to determine when, how, and what message to reach out with, using data and AB testing
• Contribute to building an AI agent network powering CRM operations across the team
• Identify manual processes and replace them with agents to focus human effort on strategy
• Collaborate with CRM colleagues to ensure cohesive customer journeys and synergies
• Work with Tech, Analytics, and Product to enrich the CRM data catalog for better signals
