Job summary

n8n GmbH, a Berlin-based open workflow orchestration platform, is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for the German-speaking market. You will own a strategic book of enterprise customers, drive adoption, and ensure renewals and expansion while partnering with Support, Solutions Engineering, and Product.

Ideal candidates have senior CSM experience with SaaS, strong business acumen, and the ability to translate usage into ROI. Travel within Europe is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Senior enterprise CSM with retention and expansion track record.
• Experience with SaaS and IT/engineering stakeholders.
• German native with fluency in English.
• Based in Europe; willing to travel to customers.

Responsibilities

• Own a small book of enterprise customers in the German-speaking market.
• Develop account strategy and footprint across organizations.
• Own retention and expansion targets and drive renewals and growth.
• Lead client kickoffs, onboarding, and QBRs end-to-end.
• Collaborate with Support, Solutions Engineering, Product and Sales to ensure success.
• Translate product usage into measurable ROI and business value.
• Proactively identify risks and manage escalations with structured cadence.
