Nomadify is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Advocate in Lisbon to be the primary contact for German customers via phone, email and chat, delivering timely and accurate assistance that meets SLAs. You will document interactions in our CRM and escalate complex issues as needed.

Ideal candidates have native German, good English for internal use, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a professional, KPI-driven mindset.

Qualificações

• Native German language ability (spoken and written).
• English proficiency for internal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide timely, accurate, and professional support in line with SLAs.
• Resolve inquiries, complaints, and service issues while maintaining high satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions clearly in CRM systems.
• Escalate complex cases to internal stakeholders when required.
• Follow internal policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to process optimization and customer experience improvements.
